I called and spoken to Emily about my daughter being sent home from the school nurse with head lice she came out the next day and spent the time necessary and took care of everything she had given me the knowledge I needed to take the extra follow-up steps so my daughter would stay bug free . She made us feel very comfortable I would highly recommend her .

What a fantastic company! My niece came to visit and got a call that her friend had lice. We spoke to Lice Happens and they talked us through what to look for and helped us determine if treatment was needed. Never asked for a penny and helped us so much. I trust this company and will share my story often!!!

I can't say thank you enough! Emily was great and I highly recommend. We learned of lice exposure late in the evening and I was scheduled to go on a business trip the next morning. My kids would be staying in another home while I was away and I was concerned about traveling if I also had lice. I considered canceling my trip. Very late that night, I found and called in an absolute panic. I had less than 15 hours before I needed to get on a plane. Emily answered right away! She was so calming and reassuring and scheduled us for early the next morning. She was great at communicating and arrived on time, and worked thoroughly and quickly to check all of us!
My kids were also very anxious and she helped calm them and make it not a big deal. I have a background in child development and she was naturally so good with kids. She was also so good at explaining everything so I understood what she was doing and why, what to look for if there was a next time, and suggestions about prevention. This was money so well spent, absolutely worth it! I certainly hope we never meet again, but so thankful to have found this place as a solution!

My experience with Lice Happens couldnt have been better! Their approach to lice treatment is right up my alley using non pesticides. Their in-home service made the process extremely easy and comfortable for my family. Emily was so friendly and communicative!
